I. Scope of application

The terms and conditions contained in this document apply to the relationship between the potential tenant, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and wooden nests, from the moment of the reservation request until the end of the period of stay.

In situations that are not provided for in the Terms and Conditions, the applicable legislation is used.

II. Lease Policy

Reservations can be made by phone, email, through our website, social networks and booking/rental engines or any other platform where the accommodation is located/published. All reservation requests, coming from any of the previously mentioned means are subject to availability.

wooden nests only guarantees the Customer the provision of accommodation of the type reserved and access only and exclusively to the number of guests identified. Stays of people who are not on the lease contract are not allowed.

III. Terms of Use

Only the persons indicated in the lease contract will be entitled to use the accomodation. Temporary visits to our guests are only allowed with the prior consent of the management of wooden nests.

The Client and the companion(s), if applicable, must use the accommodation under the appropriate conditions, with care and consideration.

wooden nests offers its guests a communal garden, patio and swimming pool, adjacent to the nests.

The common spaces and equipment available to tenants must be used in the right conditions and left clean and in good condition.

All damages, breakdowns and thefts associated with the Customer will be charged, taking into account the value of the damages in question.

The Client must always close the access doors to the building and make sure that they are properly closed.

It is expressly forbidden to house animals at wooden nests

V. Pool and outdoor space

Except for maintenance needs, the swimming pool and adjacent outdoor space are available to tenants between 9.30 am and 7.30 pm, and tenants must refrain from using them outside this period. The patio and respective outdoor dining area can be used outside this period, provided that the quiet hours defined in the portuguese law.

The pool and outdoor space might be shared with other people.

Likewise, the outdoor space, including all the material and furniture available therein, can be shared by people from different groups and provenanc

VI. Price of stay and other prices

The price of the stay to be paid by the Customer constitutes the consideration for the use of the accommodation, in the period between arrival and departure.

The total price of the stay will be charged per month, regardless of whether the Customer actually used the accommodation.

The applicable rates will be the agreed prices or the prices established in the price list of wooden nests in force on the date of the reservation request. wooden nests will have the right to update prices, informing the Client in a timely manner.

The rates and amounts indicated for the stay include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless expressly provided otherwise.

Specific payment terms may apply to booking platforms of rentals.

VII. Payment conditions

The payment of the amount of the stay and extra services must be paid monthly, the first rent and security deposit should be paid before check-in.

wooden nests accepts payments by Paypal, MB Way, bank transfer.

Checks are not accepted, nor do we have an ATM service.

Specific payment terms may apply to booking platforms of rentals.

VIII. Data protection

The personal data of the Client and his/her companion(s), if applicable, will be stored and processed by woode nests and service providers, in accordance with the Law, for the services requested by the Client and for the own advertising campaigns.

The Client will have the right to object at any time to the use of personal data for advertising purposes, and must inform wooden nests.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the Customer's personal data must be deleted when the legal retention period ends.

IX. General provisions

The Terms and Conditions govern the Client's stay at wooden nests and the Client's use of the accommodation.

The nullity of one or more of the above provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by the valid provision, the closest to the commercial and legal intentions of the parties or if this is not possible by the Portuguese legislation in force.
